我的观点是反过来的。开源社区和黑客文化天生就是匿名的，从80年代开始，无论是在IRC、
新闻组上，还是早期的BSD hacker，都喜欢用网名。“在互联网上，没人知道你是一条狗。”
也是互联网早期的经典谚语。种种开源项目强制使用法定姓名反而是版权文化、公司文化、
商业文化入侵hacker社区的体现。而且，强制实名也会加强歧视和偏见。

而且现在一些主要的开源项目已经开始允许使用网名了，比如Cloud Native Computing
Foundation旗下的项目：
